I am writing to lodge a complaint against Kreditsathi, from whom I sought a loan of ₹50,000. During the loan processing, they asked for ₹40,684/- as various processing and service charges. After making the payment, I was assured that the loan amount would be credited to my account shortly. However, even after several days, I have not received the loan, and there has been no communication from Kreditsathi regarding the status of my application.
Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have received no satisfactory response. It appears to be a fraudulent transaction, and I feel cheated as I have lost a significant amount of money with no service provided in return. I kindly request your intervention in investigating this matter and ensuring that appropriate action is taken against Kreditsathi. I also urge you to facilitate the refund of my money and prevent such fraudulent activities from victimizing others in the future.
