Sir, I applied for a personal loan of Rupee 1,00,000 from Kreditsathi on 17th September 2024 and my loan approved same day. One of their employee contacted in WhatsApp and said to pay service charge of rupee 1987. Now I paid almost 1,35,000 as many charges like insurance, fund release fee, late fee, etc. Actually, to get the loan was urgent for me and I arranged 1,35,000 somehow. The biggest scam. I requested them to cancel my application and refund. They said the amount will be refunded within 72 hours. But it’s almost 5 days, didn’t get the refund amount. Don’t know what to do sir. A man who is applying for a loan is just to survive in life, but the team ruining the life of many with their fake promises. I have attached their employee’s id card and screenshots. Kindly take an action and please get my amount refunded. Thank You.
