Sir / madam

Issue on kredito24 loan app..

Principle loan amount is 8000…

Disbursed amount is : 6947 Rs.

Upfront charges amount from principal amount : 1053 Rs

Repayable loan amount 10476 Rs

Tatal extra charges 3529 Rs. to pay on disbursed amount 6947..

So fisrt cutting amount 1053 Rs from principal amount 8000 Rs and 3529 Rs extra charges in repayable amount..10476..

total charges 1053 +3529# 4582 for just 03/03/26 to 17/03/26 14 days charges .

They applied on loan dash board for request for extend with extra charges 4000 Rs.

But now login problem – not coming OTP for login, i tried more times to login on kredito24 but OTP is not coming..

They sent loan payment link to my mail ID:

Complaint box is not working in the kredito24 site for explain about OTP problem

If They are trying to repay with extra charges… ?
