Subject: Complaint Regarding OTP Failure and Suspicious Payment Link – By Kredito24
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my loan account with Kredito24
1. Loan Disbursal and Charges
– Principal loan amount: ₹8,000
– Disbursed amount: ₹6,947 (after upfront deduction of ₹1,053)
– Repayable amount shown: ₹10,476 (extra charges ₹3,529)
– Extension request tab displayed additional charges of ₹4,000.
2. Technical Issue – OTP Failure
– Between 14th to 17th March 2026 at 15:25 PM, I attempted multiple times to log in, but OTPs stopped arriving.
– Only at 19:45 PM on 17th March 2026, near the edge of the final due date, OTPs started working again.
– I have screenshots and screen recordings showing repeated OTP failures.
– This prevented me from accessing the official platform to view repayment terms in a timely manner.
3. Suspicious Activity – Payment Link by Email
– Instead of resolving the OTP issue, I received a payment link via email.
– As per standard lending practice, repayment should only be collected through the official app/website, not external links.
