One of my dearest friend have taken 23k loan from kreditbee on my credentials & unfortunately he passed away few months back. When I got to know about pending loan I have asked kreditbee people for settlement process as I cannot pay the whole amount they are asking for including interest (31k). A representative from Kreditbee named Priya & her supervisor gave me a fake commitment saying loan account would be closed on the payment of 20k. Once I made payment now they are not even responding to my calls/mails & loan is still in active status & I’m still receiving texts from kreditbee to make payment. Please help.
