JAY HIND sir, I opened an account in creditbee for loan, because I needed some urgent money, so I filled an application in creditbee for loan, they rejected my application. After rejection I don’t need this app. So why aren’t they removing my information from the app. They have hacked my contact list even though I had not taken any loan from their app. Sir this is completely wrong please help me I will be grateful to you please inform them to delete my account. They have fraudulently used my number. When I called their customer care number they disconnected my call. They asked me to pay Rs 69 to know my CIBIL score, after payment they said there is some glitch in the server, your Rs 69 will be refunded within 24 hours. Sir, its been 15 days, no refund received. I don’t want a refund of Rs 69. They also called my friends for loan, hacked my contact list. Finally I want to delete all my information from this app @Kreditbee.
