I have take a loan on kreditbee. due to COVID-19 i am not able to repay my emi on time.but they are doing misbehave, harassing and forcing me, my family and my relatives to pay that.
i have in very big financial problem right now.so i tell them about rbi guidelines and govt.instruction but they refused all of them. and i request them that i will pay by settlement they was agreed of rs 15000 rupees in 3emi but after 2 days they are saying you have to pay 20000 . they refused that and they took all contacts in my phone and they are calling all my relatives and friends
i want to say them i will do their complain in rbi lokpal.please help me .
