I’ve taken a loan from Kreditbee and I have been paying my EMIs on time every month…but due to a salary delay, I was 2-3 days late on paying my EMI last month (September 2023) and this month (October 2023)
The due date is on the 2nd of every month, I paid on the 5th…it was overdue by 2 days. I have already talked to their customer support executive and explained my situation that I will pay by the 5th..yet I’m receiving some weird messages through SMS from them claiming they are from Kreditbee and they will call my friends and family and harass them…I’m attaching a screenshot of the SMS I received
