I have taken personal loan from kreditbee app before six months and have been paying regularly,last month i lost my job and i was not able to pay the 5 March emi ,so their collection agents are calling me and speaking very rudely and in a very unethical manner, tried calling their customer care no but it says that i don’t have any loan with my registered phone no and have marked mails also to them but still haven’t received any response from them ,and on the auspicious day of Holi they are calling me and threatening me to pay the bill asap,when i have lost my bill how can I pay the bill and infact they are already charging me penalty so why are they mentally harassing me
