Dear sir / madam,
My name is ashish kaithwas,
Complaint against kredit party loan application
I was checking loan details in credit party loan app,
I was checking the details, by mistakly it was clicked on details and it was submitted for loan, there no option for cancellation, and not able to re connect for cancelling ,
Strange thing is I not provided the account details but still they have my account details,
Post 6 days they whatsApp me me for, I told that lady amount was credit ed by mistakly please reverse the amount,
But no she told me it not possible
Then I told u whatever amount I recevied i will pay to u and close this , she talked her seniors then she told me paid the 2275 amount( total amount was 3500 for 6 days they are deducting gst and many charges ) post that i will close this I said ok and paid that amount,
Post 6 days new lady whatsApp me she told me ur payment is pending, I told her I already paid the amount after the confirmation but she told me you have to pay the 3500 amount same story I told me her
She told me pay 1400 amount I will close the file,
After some time i paid that amount also. And i confirmed with her she told me
Sir apka file hat gaya hai system say ab
Now today on 7 th feb 2023 again I am receving the calls for the same and the guy told me i have to pay
3500 rs full amount
I told him I already paid twice and paid full amount
Then he told me u have to pay
That’s ladys wrong updated in system now you have to pay again
So request you to please help me and take against this fraud companys.
