I take a loan from in three app and they give me a loan for 10 days only is this apps are registered with rbi or note i also read the news these three app are involved in sacm of 500crore fraud which is identified by delhi crime branch on last week. So my querry is i also give my personal detail to these app like kyc documents and other personal detail . And i not paying any amount of loan which i taken but they call me harassing me for repayment of loan when i told these scam news to him they told this not related to us and we can also takes legal action aginst this news so please guide me can i pay or not.
