i closed the account long back in 2017 and i received a call after 7 years stating i have and overdue of 1500 principle amount 23 and rest is interest i paid that also as i want to clear all bit they didnt produce the loan closure letter and after 6 months when i applied for personal loan my cibil is low and the reason is this loan and is showing overdue
