Dear sir/madam
I have take a loan from krazybean loan app last 16 Dec 2020 repayment date was 23 Dec 2021 but due to money problem I couldn’t pay money in time now I have money to pay their loan but last few days when I go to payment section to make the payment it not working so that I can’t make payment but everyday increasing the money with overdue fee I wanted to pay the money but their app not working now this situation what can I do??please solve my problem and take the necessary step against them.i also mail their email id but no-one respond also make call their phone no it always says out off service.please sir solve my problem for future I couldn’t want to face any problem please tell me what can I do in this situation.
