I ordered 2 kurta sets from Krazy Mart. shop link on 3rd June 2023 and paid ₹558 by Phonepe, free delivery within 7-8 days, but not delivered to date. Now I’m not able to access the link to track my order. it is coming like this “We can’t connect to the server at krazymart.shop.”

I have placed order 1 kitchen stand on July 1st. Order number is 14341. Amt Rs 349. Till now I have not received any msg to my number or mail box of tracking my ordered item. I am seeing many such complaints regarding not delivered items. How many days do you take to reach out to ur costumers. If you are not able to supply plz refund the money.
