Dear Sir /medam,
I took a loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. I paid few installments, however, due to financial crunch I have not been able to pay for past 3 months. I used to get calls from the bank’s recovery agent to whom I explained my condition and assured that I will clear all dues as soon as I manage some money. Besides this they started calling my facebook contacts and started abusing them but no-one paid attention so the started harassing my HR who panicked and now screwing me to clear dues ASAP. I wrote to Kotak customer care and even to the country head and CEO but still no action has been taken. What should I do now?
