Text of Complaint by Rajiv Sharma:

I applied for Moratarium following Government’s notice since I work in a private company and was not able to pay the EMI for my Kotak Credit Card. After applying I asked the bank to confirm if my application was processed. I talked to their social media team since their customer support offices were not picking up the phone during lockdown. You will find the snapshots attached.

I kept getting collection calls everyday and when I say that I opted for moratarium they drop the call but this continued everyday and even on Sundays.

Finally today Kotak Mahindra Bank sent me a message today with my bill for the month of April and they have charged me double the amount. Hence I want to file a case against cheating and fraudulent.
