Hi
this is to inform you that i have loan against my car no HR26DU1166 in Ford Credit, loan account no is 010101000029468 , which i foreclose due to total loss of my car in Feb 2022. I require my loan track and payment receipt for against my loan.
Also note that I have pay all interest , forcloase charges, principal amt , unpaid installement etc against my loan (attached forcloser letter which i received from customer care ) But i my pan number it is shown that I have settle my loan not closed my loan.
May i know that reason that after being paid all amount, y my loan account showing settled not closed
