I have been a customer with the bank from the past 6 Years.
I had applied for moratorium against my credit card for the months (June, July & Aug 2020 as mentioned on the official website).
I have received a confirmation email for the same, but still they have blocked my salary ac as the moratorium was only applicable for the month of June.
Absolute rubbish .fooling the customers.
I want to register a complaint and not willing to pay any dues now.
