It’s been three times, bank has deducted from my account.
Earlier it was salary account then I visited to nearby Kotak bank branch and gave the application for converting salary account into saving account and told me that I am going to get a call back or an email. But I did not received anything and second time again amount was deducted, I contacted customer care they transferred my call to lady manager who gave me assurance that in future bank will not deduct any amount for the same and refunded half the amount. Then, again I contacted customer care for my full refund the second male manager refused to refund. Third time again on 5/01/2022 amount has been deducted, contacted customer care.Nobody has agreed for the refund. I hope you can find some solution for the same. I would be very thankful.
