I took car loan from your bank last year, today I called your customer care regarding part payment and got to know that if i have to do part payment against my car loan, then I can do only 15% of remaining principal amount, else there will be charges applicable.
I want to inform you that, when you requested me to take Car loan then it was very clearly told me that there will be no part payment charges applicable. But only I can pay once in a year.
