Hi,
My card is 8273 and is not done the payment for the last 6 months, now only 2 months pending.
collection executive (Ms. Anusha – Mobile: 96182528871) is threatening due to this.
if I am not done with the payment on or before Monday (15.11.2021) they are sending their personal to my home for the collection of the entire amount after collection only they will leave my house.
I am staying with my old parents i.e., age 70 + and they don’t know my financials crisis.
if they know their health condition will be gone worst.
they have any right to inform to my family ?
shall i take up this to legally ?
please advise.
