Text of Complaint by Gaus Shaikh:

I have alrady cleared all the pending amount and settled the Kotak credit card account in 2014 but now days since few months it seems that that account has not been closed by Kotak Credit card department which impacting my cibil history. Requested for NOC but denied saying that already sent on your registered mail id which i didn’t received.
