Text of Complaint by Heeraj Lohagun:

Hi,
My name is Heeraj Lohagun and I have a credit card from Kotak Bank, Due to the ongoing pandemic I faced serious financial problems and lost a lot of money. I always used to pay my credit card bills on time but due to severe financial problems i am not able to pay my credit card bills for the past few months. I have already sent a legal notice to the bank and the RBI stating my inefficiency to pay my credit card bills at the present moment. I have also informed the bank that i want to pay it legally and I need time. Bank is not listening and keeps calling me everyday and sending recovery agents to my house and office and informing my colleagues about me and how i defaulted thus humiliating me in their eyes. I had already informed Kotak Bank that i will pay but need time and i am willing to take this up legally and take this to court but instead they are harassing me by sending recovery agents to my office and house. please request you to do something regarding this as RBI have strictly mentioned that recovery agents cannot harass customers and cannot humiliate them.
