Kotak mahindra bank credit card payment collection department a member had convert my total outstanding too monthly emi as per emi 1st payment i need pay 31400 nd paid it too them after few days they section a emi letter as per month due was 16000 but on next month the new agent call me nd ask too pay 19300 i was not agree with that bcz as per emi that amount was not correct too me i share that emi letter nd agent says there is no letter was assigned on me.. but after also that i kept payments every month but now they r asking too pay more 80,000 as per my amount i had done payment off 1 lakh 31,000 which is more then there amount i need a help plz contact me
