Hi SIr,
I have taken 15 lakhs personal loan from Kotak Mahindra bank. To withdraw the amount I visited kotak Mahindra bank located on Sarjapur road (Bren mercury). Kusbu & Shana from the bank given miscommunication about the withdrawal charges, stating for 10 Lakhs they will charge 350 rupees. So thinking charges are less I done cash withdrawal of 15 Lakhs. My wife also got a personal loan from HDFC, I transfered that amount to Kotak & with drawn 9 Lakhs rupeess thinking charges are less.
This transcations are done on Oct-26th & Oct-28th .
On Nov-10th I got debited an amount of 7K change against cashwithdrwal charges . Later Rs.4700 Rupess are put on lien amount against cashwithdrwal charges.
I visited the bank & asked about the charges, where Bank people said they given proper communication. Now when I am asking for the refund, they are saying we cannot give full refund.They can give only 2000 Rupess it seems. What I need to do to get full refund?
