I HAD CREATED KOTAK BANK 911 IN 2019 AND I DID NOT DO MY KYC SERVICE AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IT HAD SOME AMOUNT IN IT , I CALLED EVERY CUSTOMER CARE BUT I COULD NOT REACH A CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IM TRYING FROM PAST FEW YEARS WHENEVER I GET TIME , WHENEVER I VISIT BANK THEY TELL THIS IS NOT MY IFSC BRANCH BANK AND DONT EVEN KNOW WHICH BRANCH IS MINE SINCE I HAVE DID CREATE MY ACCOUNT ONLINE
