I installed the app just to check the loan interest. After filling the details, the loan got sanctioned without my approval and I was not informed about the processing fee associated with it, which, unfortunately, exceeds the received amount. This situation raises concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction, and I perceive it as a potential scam.
I kindly request that you refund the processing fee promptly, as I am not interested in the received amount but rather in rectifying the discrepancy in fees. If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I may have no choice but to withhold payment and file a formal complaint, as I was neither notified about the processing fee nor any other associated charges.
Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated, and I anticipate a swift resolution to avoid any further inconvenience.
