Recently I have checked my eligibility to take online loan in one of the online loan app named Koko loans, But I didn’t take any loan from them, after couple of days iam getting calls and Whatsapp messages that I have to pay the due for the loan taken from them. I have texted and called many times and explained that amount has not credited to my account and also as proof I also submitted my bank statement dated from 28.02.2022 to 04.03.2022 and after sevral attempts the person confirmed me that my file was closed (all these things happened on 04.03.2022).
On very next I received same message on my whatsapp from another number and citing that I have taken loan from them and explained the same thing to the different person, but I got message to pay due amount on direct UPI from another number, I gave him all details and he asked me to wait for one hour for confirmation. On the other side I have received a voice call stating that I have taken loan from them and he also blackmailed me that he has my every details and will misuse it. This act of blackmailing and harassment will is such a criminal activity and we should prevent it from happen again,
