I have installed KOKO app loan and checked my Eligibility for loan but did not applied for loan and next day they have sent me Rs. 4640 in my account and they did not informed and no customer care no is there.
And now they are asking 8000 rs and doing penalty on day basis. Please help us on this. They are abusing me and calling with different numbers
Please do need full and take against action on this. I am ready for return 4640 rs which i got in my account. But I did not applied any loan and they sent money theirs elf.
