I applied for instant loan through Koko bank requesting 8000 rupees. They gave me Rs.4640.17 on 12-02-22 by a/c linked to mobile 9XXXXXX999-ICICI BANK NODAL AC (IMPS Ref no 204314515620), without permission or acknowledgment of interest rates. They are now askig 8000 with 3640 interest for only 7 days. after receiving a call from their executive Mobile no. 9781545209, he collect 3200/- 1st install meant from me… after 7 days they call me and tell to to clear 8K with 3640 interest …..
In between, they have grabbed my contacts from my mobile, sending abusive messages to all my relatives and friends to repay the loan amount. I don’t know why are they ruining my name and harassing me. I humbly request you to take legal actions against this terrific App to save our people.
