i was serching for loan app, i found KOKO loan app, i installed it & i uploaded the documents there was no information about loan & no information about return of loan amount tenure days, they didnt approved my loan, so i was happy because there was no information about tenure days after the day i received 4640 amount in my bank, i was blank from where the amount come from, so i opened that app & saw the loan amount was approved without my permission i dont even know about loan amount & tenure of days to return without my permission they have sent the amount, now its shoing in app that i need to pay 8000 for 4640 that to only within 6 days . there is no customer care number in the app, there is E mail ID that is also not valid, so i thought to complaint against them before they harass me , i checked in google there are so many people who are getting torchered by them, i humbly request you to pls take action against ths KOKO loan app cheaters
