Helo on 20th of feb 2022 i downloaded an app called Koko loan from goolge play store for which i logged in using my creditentials and without even my knowledge and concern they have just credited amount of 4460 to my account and after logging in to the app i got surprised that i have to make payment of 8000 in just 6 days .i did raised a complain several times to their customer care email however i have not received any reply from their end.and on 26th of feb i got repeated txt msg in my watsapp from different numbers asking to pay the amount if not my identity and all details will be circulated in social media plateform..for small and silly issue i do not want my name to be in bad reputation so i did made payment of 8000 frm their app which i have to enter ref code after payment all went fine and transaction was successful .however from today 3rd of march i am starting to get msg again from same koko loan people asking to pay loan and thet have even started circulating my name to my contact list stating i am frauder.i have already informed all my contacts regarding about this..
Now i just want to get rid of this messages and threats from so called koko app or their executives.i would appreciate and remain grateful if u can help me out on this seriius issue.
