This is loan application in play store i just checked my eligibility what are done without informing anything fund transferred to my account. Without informing anything no paper no information nothing is there. Transferred fund only 4060 when i tooked 7000. Please help me on this

I applied for a loan and it’s successful but now they have not credited my account. The app is bringing that i have an ongoing loan but i was not credited.
