Dear Sir: I applied instant loan through Koko bank requesting 8000 rupees. They gave me 4640 without permission or acknowledgement of interest rates. They are now askig 8000 with 3640 interest for only 7 days. In between, they have grabbed my contacts from my mobile, sending abusive messages to all my relatives and friends to repay the loan amount. I don’t know why are they ruining my name and harassing me. I humbly request you to take legal actions against this terrific App to save our people.
