Dear Sir, I applied instant loan through Koko bank requesting 6000 rupees. They have not dispensed any amount to my account. In between, they have grabbed my contacts from my mobile, sending abusive messages to all my relatives and friends to repay the loan amount. As I have not received any money from them, I don’t know why are they ruining my name and harassing me. I humbly request you to take legal actions against this terrific App to save our people.
