Text of Complaint by Reena Mehta:

I ordered a Balenciaga bag from them on 28 July, 2023. That was an express shipping item and they charged 200 for the shipping to deliver it at my place within 2 to 3 days. They shipped the product on the next day and I got it on 6th August, 2023 despite of the fact that it was an express shipping order. The biggest shock came when i opened the parcel. It was way too light and I had doubts that it could never be the bag i ordered as leather isn’t that light. When I opened the parcel, it was a dull toiletry bag picked from some roadside shop. I tried connecting with them on whatsapp and through phone call but no response. Even their website is down for maintenance since last one week. These people are fraudsters. They are picking images of the original brand from their websites and loading them on kickskaart to fool people. Even the positive reviews they r showing on insta are totally fake.
