Dear Team, I have purchased Kia seltos in October 2022 and they have provided external footrest worth Rs.17000 to me. I recently got my second service from Dhingra, Kia showroom and I started receiving an issue with those footrest, on every spead breaker they are getting bump and when I reached the dhingra showroom to showcase my concern. They told that this is a common issue and company can not help in this regards. One of there executive told that this is there marketting strategy. I have been cheated by this part of my Kia seltos. I request senior management to look into this concern seriously and help us in getting my refund from Kia or alternative to fix this issue.
