I am writing to file a complaint against Khelbro regarding a pending cash withdrawal transaction on their app. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, my issue remains unresolved. Below are the details of the transaction:

It has been over three days since the transaction date, and the amount has yet to be credited to my account. The delay in processing this transaction is causing me significant inconvenience and financial distress.
