On 13th oct 2020 at around 9:15 pm I ordered food at KFC store abids opp SBI bank through KFC app and made an online payment of Rs. 281.50. The app said order will be delivered in 45 mins however, after an hour and half i received a message saying that order is cancelled as I was not answering the call from their delivery executive. I never got any calls and when I enquired by calling the KFC store the person on the other line said order can’t be delivered as roads are closed in my area.
They have been lying about calling me and roads being closed just to cover up the unprofessionalism I experienced. Moreover the money I paid will be with them for 14 working days.
I was waiting for the food as I was famished and KFC has not only cancelled the order without any valid reason but also kept lying to me and keeping my money illegally for 14 working days.
