I bought a Acer laptop from flipkart in June 19, within 02 month of purchase it’s keypad stopped working and whole keypad change from service center.
Again within 03 month of repair same problem again resurfaced, a technician from Acer came but he is not able to solve the problem and told me to visit service center to get it repair.
After that I demanded for replacement of laptop because it seems to be manufacturing defect which may be persist even after warranty period is expires, and it will cost extra money and it will be very tiresome for me to get it repair.
It has been more than 20 days but Acer is not ready to replace laptop, and they also stopped replying on mail.
So I request you to help me get my laptop replaced with same model.
