While recharging keralavision broadband online, I opted for upi mode of payment and the upi id was provided by me when requested,and a request appeared in upi app,for the same amount,then I payed the amount. But the broadband was not recharged and the money was deducted from my account.
Later I was forced to recharge again using my debit card.
