We are being forced to buy a new motor. Previously they had replaced our exsisting motor despite no fault in it.

My water purifier has been defunct since 26/2/2023. Initially, we were assured of completion in 3-4 days. However, until 18/03/2023 no resolution was provided.
The local service franchise, N C SALES AND SERVICES , has been insisting us to BUY the new motor.
The matter is we are being forced to buy a new motor. Previously they had replaced our exsisting motor despite no fault in it.
