Text of Complaint by Garvit Singhal:

I purchased a Lent RO in September 2024. I asked for a service in between to check the water TDS it showed fine. Now i was experiencing low water flow and bad taste in water from couple of days so I raised a service request. Now today when the technician came at home, I got a call from my home that they are asking for the charges to change the candle of RO which they said is under warranty for 6 months which they told me that there is no expense till 1 year of the installation and the service and the service is also free for 4 years. This is so wrong. Please help me to get justice from these loot professionals.
