Kent RO has sold me an Full AMC for My RO water filter.
Now when the machine is malfunctioning and I have asked for the filters to be changed, the representative of the company refused to change the filters and again charged me full value for the parts and service.

Customer care doesn’t really help . I m suffering with Kent ro franchisee Varun enterprises and srujan reddy technician since 29th March but no proper solution by Kent team . When a technician comes it’s Kent to whom we trust and complain but no one is holding responsibility here. I paid 8650 for filters and motor still not able to drink water from purifier as tds is keep on fluctuating. Misbehaviour by technician 2 times but no body is there in entire Kent team who can take action against that technician. It all about making customer fool and looting money on the name of Kent water purifier service.I really need someone who can help and guide against this situation.
Need a guidance if a technician or service provider visit to my house and misbehave. I pay and expect a good service against the same . Is it too much to ask . I m suffering with mental trauma by Kent team as I made numerous calls to customer care team to get my issue resolved but I my issue persists and I m getting abused and misbehaved by technician.
