I purchased water purifier model- Kent RO in November 2020. Within a month R.O. is not working and we are facing water wastages problem. Product is under warranty period. On 1st complaint Kent representative came and rectified. And they were asked me to install a pre filter which cost is around Rs. 1200/- so tell me why I have to install extra filter.
And again after 1 month water is not coming after purification. So within last 12 months months 15 time I faced the problem with Kent RO product and 2 times clean filter but no solution has been given.
This product not at all good. It is showing that they have supplied a defective product this time. Very worst product this time.
Till now nobody has attended the case.
- This is not at all good.
Kindly replace the supplied item or return my money as soon as possible
