I have purchased KENT Supreme Alkaline RO on 15/07/2023 which got installed on 17/07/2023. Post installation there is an issue of TDS drop and Alkalinity drop happened. TDS – 54 and PH value – 6.5(acidic). Since I am patient gastric ulcers, gastritis, GERD, Hiatus Hernia, I have been suggested by doctors to drink alkaline water for which I purchased KENT Supreme Alkaline RO which says that alkalinity to improve upto 8.5.
Since the 18th July I have been trying to contact Kent customer service and escalating the issue but nothing is happening from Kent.
Please help me with my concern before it becomes an health hazard for me. I am purchasing and drinking the mineral water from outside.
