Text of Complaint by Priya Kakkar:

I was facing some issue in my kent purifier so registered a complaint. Got to know from Engineer that purifiers are damanged both internal and external and need to changed immediately which is chargeable that too 1360 although my purifier is under warranty

How can a purifier be damanged after usage of 8-9months only that too new purifier. Either they are not using original purifiers or they are fooling the customers. Engineer told us to replace external purifier after every 3 months and that will cost 560 every time. I was like really. Who can pay that much after every 3 months.

If that will continue then no one will purchase these purifiers going forward.
