Hi Team,
I bought a product from a dealer of Kent product and I returned the product on the same day when I bought it. Now dealer is not giving my refund and not even responding my call. When I contacted Kent customer care Kent customer care says they are not responsible.Why Kent is not responsible when the dealer buying the product from Kent and selling to other customer and customer buying the product trusting Kent brand and that is what Kent is doing in it. Kent says we can’t help it you need to connect with the dealer when the dealer is disconnecting my call and not responding. As a customer I never expected that buying Kent product would be that risky and untrustworthy
