Had the worst bike fraud with Keeway! It was my favourite bike but not anymore because of these fraudsters in Delhi’s showroom. The salesman told me that its price was higher than expected and I had to pay extra for delivery charges as well as other miscellaneous expenses he mentioned.
They also charged an extra of 45000 rupees to book the bike in advance as the sales were pretty high and everyone wanted to get one.
I felt betrayed because they had not mentioned anything about these additional expenses before. When I asked, the salesman tried to give some lame excuses for their innocence. But I was not going to forgive them for this kind of fraudulence. On the top of it, I got delivery of my bike only after 3 extra days than the promised date by Keeway because they said that there was no ready stock in the showroom when it was booked.
I have felt so cheated and maybe this isn’t something that could be resolved easily. I’m considering further steps against them for duping people like me out of our hard-earned money.
This experience has been really awful for me, and now Keeway doesn’t seem trustworthy anymore.
