On 5th June, I paid INR 1,30,218 to purchase TVS iQube via HSBC debit card. They charged 2% extra for using the debit card as a payment mode.(Receipt attached)
As per my knowledge, this amount should be borne by the merchant, not by the customer. Still, TVS-KC Enterprises LLP, Pune (Maharastra) forced me to bear swipe charges which cost me 2604 INR extra. The swipe machine was from pine labs. I have contacted the pine labs, iQube and even HSBC bank customer executive but none of them is ready to help in this matter.
A mail chain is also going on with iQube customer support but they are keep on saying that our area team is working on it.
I don’t know where to go now for the solution. Can you please help me to resolve this matter?
